Shipping and Delivery

  • Expect delivery to take a maximum of 7-10 business days. Regular delivery costs 24€ to Europe and 50€ to the rest of countries. It will be added at check out. Taxes are included in the original price.
  • Special Holiday Times: Shipping times may increase. Start your shopping early!
Exchanges
  • We don’t currently offer any exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item through your delivery service of choice, and place a new order at www.mimique.es. Choosing a service that offers tracking is always a good idea.
  • Please, follow the steps delineated under “Returns.”
Returns
  • We accept returns sent to us within 30 days of the purchase arrival. Items need to be in perfect condition and unused. However, sale purchases are final.
  • If you wish to return an item, please follow these instructions:
  • Send an email to: info@mimique.es including your name, item bought and a brief explanation for your return. We always want to hear your feedback to continue improving.
  • Once the email is received, we will respond to you with any information you might need to make the return.
  • The customer will pay for the return and will be responsible for the package arriving at our facilities. Choosing a service that offers tracking is always a good idea. Once the item is received in perfect condition you will be refunded the amount of your purchase.
  • If your item was damaged, please send us an email at info@mimique.com and we will try to refund you as soon as possible.
