The backpack has a very secure closure by means of a gathered top. The backpack's long handles are part of the closure system, which makes it difficult to open when worn on the back.

Exchanges and returns

• SPAIN (Peninsula) and Portugal first exchange of size or product of the same price totally FREE . The same courier will deliver the new product and collect the one you want to exchange. For other exchanges and destinations, the exchanges will be managed as returns.
• You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.
