How does it work?

• It's not necessary to spend the entire balance in a single purchase. If the chosen product costs less, the remaining balance can be saved for future purchases.

• You will receive the gift card by email, at the same address you used to place your order.

• It has no expiration date: use it whenever you want.

• Valid only for online purchases within Spain.

Shipping (mainland Spain)

• FREE shipping for orders over €95. All other orders €5
• Possibility of Express Shipping 24-48 hours
• Standard shipping: between 48 and 72 business hours

Exchanges and returns

• SPAIN (Peninsula) and Portugal first exchange of size or product of the same price totally FREE . The same courier will deliver the new product and collect the one you want to exchange. For other exchanges and destinations, the exchanges will be managed as returns.
• You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.
