SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
SHIPPING
- Spain (Peninsula): FREE for orders over €95. For all other orders €5. Express shipping: €8.
- Balearic Islands and Portugal: €5 for orders over €95. For all other orders €10.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €10 for orders over €95. For all other orders €15.
- European Union: €14 for orders over €95. For all other orders €19.
Customs costs are not included in the price and must be borne by the customer.
- Spain (Peninsula): Standard shipping: between 48 and 72 business hours. Express shipping: 24 business hours
- Balearic Islands and Portugal: between 48 and 72 working hours.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: between 4-10 working days.
- European Union: between 5-10 working days.
All urgent orders (Express Shipping) placed before 2:00 p.m. on working days are shipped on the same day.
Shipments are made with GLS except to the Canary Islands, which are made with Correos. Mimique is not responsible for delays caused by courier incidents, customs delays, or delays on specific dates when transport services are very busy.
- Spain (Peninsula): 20 working days.
- Balearic Islands and Portugal: 25 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 30 working days
- European Union: 30 working days.
Mimique is not responsible for delays caused by courier incidents, customs delays, or delays on specific dates when transport services are very busy.
CHANGES
- You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to make an exchange.
- Changes only apply to SPAIN (Peninsula) and Portugal . For other destinations, changes will be managed as returns. See Returns section.
- The first online change is FREE . Subsequent changes will cost €10.
- You can change the size of the same item you purchased or exchange it for another product of the same value as the amount paid (the current price of the new product must match the price paid). All other online exchanges will be handled as returns. See Returns section.
- If a size change is requested and the price has changed since the purchase, this change will not be passed on to the customer: you will not pay more if the promotion has ended and you want to change your item, nor will we lower the price of the new item if the price is lower than the one you bought it for. This condition does not apply if the product is exchanged: the current price of the new product and the amount paid at the time for the product to be returned must match in order to make the exchange online.
- Items to be exchanged must be returned in their original condition , together with any accessories related to them. Exchanges of used products or products with defects caused by improper use of the product are not accepted.
- Items to be exchanged must retain their original tags and be in their original packaging (including the cotton bag for leather items).
- Changes or returns of personalized or outlet products are not accepted.
- Exchange of products that do not meet the previously established conditions will not be accepted.
Exchanges only apply to SPAIN (Peninsula) and Portugal. The same courier will deliver the new product and collect the one you want to exchange. For other destinations, exchanges will be managed as returns. See Returns section.
First exchange FREE. The first exchange of an item purchased in the online store for Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal is FREE.
How to make a change?
You can make your change in any of the following ways:
1. At one of our points of sale.
2. Request your change online by writing to us at hola@mimique.es indicating:
- Name and surname.
- Full pick-up address (and preferred time)
- Order number
- Contact phone number
- Items you want to exchange (indicate new size/color/model).
Mimique will be responsible for scheduling the delivery of the new package and the collection of the previous one.
The exchange of an item purchased in the online store for countries other than Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal will be processed as a RETURN. It is not possible to make an exchange for the rest of Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and other countries, so they will be processed as a RETURN.

Returns
You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to make a return.
The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Additionally, the costs of shipping of products that were sent with free shipping costs.
Items to be returned must be returned in their original condition , together with any accessories related to the item. Returns of used products or products with defects caused by improper use of the product are not accepted.
Items to be returned must retain their original tags and be in their original packaging (including the cotton bag for leather goods).
If the customer has received a promotional gift with their order (card holder, keychain, etc.), they will have to include their gift in the return so that the cost of the product is not deducted from the return.
Gift wrapping will not be returned.
Returns are not accepted for personalized or outlet products.
If the final buyer rejects the order, the costs arising from the return transport of the package from its location to our warehouse will be deducted from the refund of the products.
Returns of products that do not meet the previously established conditions will not be accepted.
How to make a return?
You can make your return in any of the following ways:

- Items you want to return and reason for return
Mimique will arrange for a collection of the package. Once the item has been received and the condition of the item has been checked, we will send a refund confirmation email which you will receive within a maximum of 14 days from receipt. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be €5 for each collection made. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Additionally, the shipping costs for products that were sent with free shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
How to make a return?
If you have made a national purchase outside the peninsula or within the European Union, you will have to take care of sending the product back to us and the shipping will be at your expense.
To do this, you must request your refund online by writing to us at hola@mimique.es and we will tell you how to proceed. The email must contain:
- Name and surname.
- Order number
- Contact phone number
- Items you want to return and reason for return
The transport company chosen by the customer will be responsible for any incidents with the shipment or package.
We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you retain proof of shipment.
