Nuestro identificador en piel personalizado es un producto confeccionado a mano en España. Está hecho en piel de primera calidad con un diseño minimalista. Consta de una sola pieza. Por una de las caras lleva grabado a fuego el logo de la marca “Mimique made in Spain”. El grabado se hace de forma artesanal y lleva un acabado en dorado que le da un toque de color a la pieza. Por la otra cara, la pieza va grabada con las iniciales/nombre o tu palabra favorita también de forma artesanal. Este accesorio de piel servirá para adornar cualquiera de tus bolsos, maletas, maletines, mochilas o incluso para ponerlo en la arandela de tus llaves como llavero. El sistema para colocarlo es muy sencillo. Se introduce la pieza cuadrada por la abertura que hay en la tira de piel al rededor del asa de mano, llavero o anilla donde quieras colocarlo.

No returns or exchanges of custom orders. You can exchange or return any other product purchased online within 30 days from the delivery date. Exceptionally, all orders made after November 18 may be changed or returned until January 30. To proceed, please send us an email to info@mimique.es explaining the reason for the change or return.
Items must be returned unused, washed and in perfect condition, with their original packaging (cloth bag if you have one). It is also necessary to indicate the order number.

Shipping costs will be paid by the customer, unless the product was defective when received. If this happens, please write to us by email info@mimique.es to assess the situation and we will answer you as soon as possible. In this case mimique would bear the shipping costs.
In the articles that have had free shipping costs, €5 will be subtracted from the amount to be returned, which is the cost of shipping, that is, Mimique will not assume the free shipping costs that are offered in the first shipment for the purchase, since the purchase is not going to be made and if that expense has been incurred.
Once the product is received, we will proceed to assess its condition and return the money or send the new product.
