No returns or exchanges of custom orders. You can exchange or return any other product purchased online within 30 days from the delivery date. In the articles that have had free shipping costs, €5 will be subtracted from the amount to be returned, which is the cost of shipping, that is, Mimique will not assume the free shipping costs that are offered in the first shipment for the purchase, since the purchase is not going to be made and if that expense has been incurred.
Once the product is received, we will proceed to assess its condition and return the money or send the new product.
